Cole Luburgh Wins Men’s Barebow At U.S. National Outdoor Collegiate Championship

Hocking College’s Archery Team competed in the 2019 USA National Outdoor Collegiate Championships which took place in Dublin, OH on May 17-19. The competition was highlighted by Hocking College archer, Cole Luburgh, who dominated the field and became the 2019 USA National Outdoor Collegiate Men’s Barebow Champion.

Luburgh was joined by teammates Christina Dormire and Dylan Breidenbach earning
All-America honors. These three also earned Academic All-America honors for their performance in the classroom this year. Dormire went on to finish 8th in the Women’s Bowhunter Division, while Breidenbach finished 9th in the Men’s Bowhunter Division.

Led by Luburgh, Dormire, and Breidenbach, the Hawks finished 8th as a team with 24 points in the 2019 USA National Outdoor Collegiate Championship. Texas A&M won the team title with 107 points.
