The June 30, 2020, deadline to apply for the [Delete Cyberbullying Scholarship](http://endcyberbullying.net/scholarship/) is approaching fast!

The scholarship’s goal is to increase awareness of cyberbullying among high school and college students. The award is sponsored by [Delete Cyberbullying](http://endcyberbullying.net/) — an organization dedicated to eradicating cyberbullying and educating students and parents about cyberbullying.

## What’s the amount of this award?

The amount of this one-time-only award is $1,000.

## What are the eligibility requirements?

- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll for undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited college or university.
- Applicants must be a U.S. high school, college or graduate student.
- Applicants must be planning to enter college in the near future.

## How do I apply?

To apply for this award candidates must adhere to the following rules:

- Each candidate must complete the online application form, which can be found [online](https://www.unigo.com/scholarships/all/delete-cyberbullying-scholarship/1003559).
- Each candidate must submit a self-written 500-word essay answering one of the following prompts: A. Why is it important to to work to delete cyberbullying? or B. How has cyberbullying personally affected you?
- Each candidate must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.

## How will the essays be evaluated?

Each candidate’s essay will be evaluated based on its content, dedication, devotion and creativity.

## When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be selected and notified on July 31, 2020.
