Today is National Culinarians Day, a day for you to show your appreciation to all the individuals who prepare your meals on a daily basis. Whether that person is a professional chef, a short order cook, or even your own mother or grandmother, now is the time to let them know how much the care and effort they put into everything they cook/bake means to you.
In conjunction, if you’re thinking about giving that special chef in your life a gift, here are a few suggestions for under $20.
In addition, if you love to cook and bake then perhaps you should consider becoming a culinary arts professional yourself. If you’re looking for just the right school to attend, Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio has a program that offers students the chance to obtain their Associate of Applied Business in Culinary Arts degree in only 2 years.
Check out the Hocking College’s Culinary Arts program online, or contact the Culinary Arts Program Manager, Susanna Krutsch, directly at krutschs@hocking.edu.
