If you’re interested in ornithology and the environment, you should consider joining Hocking College’s new Birding Club.
The Hocking College Birding Club meets every Thursday in the Student Center, Meeting Room A at 4PM. If you have trouble finding the room, just ask the Student Center's front desk for help.
The club is currently working on building bird houses and feeders. However, in the future other activities will include keeping the bird feeders on the Hocking College campus filled and planting native plants for them to eat.
Having a pair of binoculars would be helpful.
