We know this is a very disruptive time for everyone. We ask that you continue to remain flexible and we will continue to provide information as we chart our way through these unprecedented times.

Hocking College continues to be dedicated to promoting the health, safety and well-being of our student, employee, and community populations while minimizing any disruption to the academic progression of our students.

The remainder of Spring semester has been divided into two parts.

  • Part One (March 23 – April 19) all courses will be offered online.
  • Part Two (April 20 – May 15) will be determined at a later date as more information becomes available. Consideration will be given to mandatory accreditation requirements in order to minimize any disruption in academic progression and the ability for students to graduate.

Students will receive instructions and resources via Hocking College email later this week on how to complete their courses beginning March 23, 2020. This information will also be posted at www.hocking.edu

For students that do not have other housing accommodations, their dorm room will continue to be available to them. To make arrangements and for all other questions related to housing, please contact Kim Coy, Director of Housing & Student Life, at coyk@hocking.edu

The series of updates below will allow us to continue the academic progression of our students while protecting our community. These changes are being implemented with the safety of our campus community as our top priority. If you have any questions, please contact Jacqueline C.
