If you’re a Hocking College student who has the will, but not the wardrobe, to enter the workforce, then you should visit the Career and University Center's Career Closet which opens for the Autumn 2020 semester on Aug. 17.
What is the Career Closet?
The Career Closet is a donation-based, on-campus store where students can shop for professional outfits free of charge.
The store gives students a place to pick out an outfit that’s appropriate for job interviews, and potentially get a job before they get their degree.
The Career Closet has a variety of items available that are suitable for all Hocking College students regardless of their major.
In addition, the store also has changing rooms where students can try on items before they take them home.
Jewelry, shoes, suits and dress pants should be returned to the closet after they've been used. Special accommodations can be made to keep some items longer or permanently.
