The Hocking College Experience

Archery Team Takes Third at The USA Archery Collegiate National Championships

The Hocking College Archery Team placed third as a team at the USA Archery Collegiate National Championships finishing ahead of teams from Michigan State, UConn, Stanford, West Virginia, James Madison and many more. The Team has two national champions (gold medalist), five silver medals and one bronze medal winners. We also had four All Americans, three Archers Of the Year and five Academic All Americans.

Hocking College Brings Home the USA Archery 3D National Championship

FOLEY, AL - The Hocking College Archery Team traveled to Foley, Alabama over the weekend to partake in the USA Archery 3D National Championships and they are coming home with their first ever Team National Title. Since inception of athletics at Hocking College the Archery Team has shone bright. Over the past two years they have brought home 10 Individual and Individual Team National Championships. This weekend they continued their success capturing the program's first ever overall Team National Championship. 

Archery Places Fourth at USCA 3D Nationals

Carrier Mills, IL -- Hocking College Archery traveled to Carrier Mills, Illinois over the weekend to compete in the United States Collegiate Archery (USCA) 3D Nationals. The competition consisted of twenty-three teams from across the country competing for a National Championship in eight individual competitions and eight team competitions. Hocking College had a strong showing bringing home three Gold Medals and two Silver Medals ultimately placing them fourth in the team overall standings. 

Hawks Bring Home Two Gold Medals

Barbourville, KY -- Hocking College travelled to Barbourville, Kentucky over the weekend to participate in the 2017 USCA 3D South Regionals in their first competition of the season. This was the largest regional in the country and the largest regional competition to date in the USCA. The Hawks weren't intimidated and wasted no time picking up right where they left off last season bringing home two Gold Medals from the Regional in Women's Basic Bow and Men's Basic Bow.
